Confidentiality
All client information, files, assets, and strategy shared with you remain strictly confidential during and after the engagement. No screenshots, no reposts, no case studies without written approval.
Non-Solicitation
You will not directly solicit or contract with BlackShade clients outside of BlackShade for the duration of your engagement and 12 months after.
IP Ownership
All deliverables, source files, and derivative works produced under a BlackShade brief are assigned to BlackShade upon payment. You retain the right to display final work in a personal portfolio only after public launch.
Termination Conditions
Either party may terminate an engagement with 7 days written notice. Missed deadlines, quality failures, or breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination without payment for unaccepted work.
Communication Expectations
Respond within 12 working hours on weekdays. Attend scheduled reviews. Flag blockers early. Silence is treated as a missed deadline.
