These Terms & Conditions govern your use of blackshade.in and any interaction with BlackShade, including the Saaya AI assistant. Specific project engagements are additionally governed by a signed Client Contract Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these general terms.

2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2.2 Use of the Website
- You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse it (including any attempt to abuse or exploit our AI assistant, forms, or freelancer sign-in system).
- You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form, including the Contact, Join Us, and Freelancer Application forms.
- Any account you create (e.g. via the freelancer Google sign-in) is your responsibility to keep secure.
2.3 Saaya, Our AI Assistant
Saaya provides general information about BlackShade's services, pricing ranges, and process. Nothing Saaya says constitutes a binding quote, guarantee, or contractual commitment on BlackShade's part — final pricing, timelines, and scope are only binding once confirmed in writing by our team or set out in a signed Client Contract Agreement.
2.4 Intellectual Property
The BlackShade name, logo, “Absolute Shades of Design” and “Every Identity Leaves a Mark” marks, website design, and all original content on blackshade.in are the property of BlackShade and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables created for a specific client project is governed separately by that project's Client Contract Agreement.
2.5 Third-Party Links & Services
Our site may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, Google, payment processors, hosting and AI providers). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackShade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or Saaya. For services delivered under a signed Client Contract Agreement, liability is governed by the terms of that Agreement.
2.7 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
2.8 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These policies govern use of blackshade.in and the BlackShade AI assistant (“Saaya”). They should be read alongside the Client Contract Agreement signed for any specific project, which takes precedence for that engagement's exact terms.
